Al Wadi Trading Center has been one of the well-known buildings in Al Ain. The company traces its roots from 2013, which was founded and owned by a UAE national His Excellency. Mohammed Thaaloub Salem Hamad Al Derei.

Al Wadi Trading Center started operating in 2013. It is located within the vicinity of Al Ain Industrial Area, a strategic location for Industrial, Architectural and Engineering firms. Since then the company provided High Quality Office Space and Commercial leasing services to top-notch clients, which includes Top-Listed Hospital in the UAE and Government-owned organizations.

Currently holding about 5 buildings, each building are composed of commercial units. These properties are strategically located in key areas across Al Ain.
